Is the routine sexual harassment of women in Egypt tolerated or abetted by Islam?

I know. It's horrible! The devil is over there in a big way. The darkness has invaded the land as well as many other lands that have evil rulers, and or a majority of Muslims or Communists. North Korea is at the top of the list for abusing Christians. The men should be arrested for their crimes. It's a criminal's free for all land. The men are exempted from any kind of crime it seems except converting to Christianity.
