How does a visual impared person read the new verfication on the email when you can't see it to read it?

I am a visual impaired person and can not send out email because of the verification that you put on it to stop spammers. Do you have any other way to control spammers or do I have to find another email provider. As of right now I need to have some read the verification letters or numbers to send my emails out. I have been using Yahoo for years and I would hate to have to leave.
