I live in The Great State of Texas My mom is Physically impaired can i get my Drivers license?

My Mother Has a Cyst in the middle of her brain she has black outs. Is there a way i can get my license so that i may drive her to where she needs to go? And also i would need to be able to drive to work and school. Help?
