What could be wrong with me considering the following symptoms?

I will randomly get very lightheaded, flushed, start sweating, my hearing gets impaired and start hearing like static speakers (kind of the feeling of on a plane when ears need popped), dizziness (sometimes like I am spinning, other times like the world is spinning). This just happens randomly. Sometimes it happens in the shower and I end up fainting/blacking out. And by randomly, I mean it can happen a couple times a week or it can happen a couple times a month. It varies. Does anybody know what this could be? I know I should probably go to a doctor but I just thought I'd ask if anyone knows first. I tried looking up all the symptoms and I wasn't really able to find an answer. Thanks.
