In intra trading we have the benefit of trading 5 times or 20 times the investment we have .so is it compulsor?

In intra trading we have the benefit of trading 5 times or 20 times the investment we have.Then is it compulsory to that we should use the whole amount to purchase the shares or can we purchase partially as we require i.e without using the whole amount???
