Motorcycle return policy?

If that is their policy, that's their policy. Don't go buying a bike and think you can sue them into taking it back if you decide you dont want it anymore. They sound like a crappy dealer anyways, if I were you I would find a dealer with a better return policy, or take your chances on craigslist.
