ME/AE Engineer Job in NC?

I just got an amazing job for Teach For America in Eastern North Carolina. My fiance, however, is having an extremely hard time finding a job. There are a few openings, but not one follows up with his applications. It's crunch time now. He has 2 bachelor's degrees - one in mechanical engineering and one in aerospace engineering and attended an ABET accredited school. Please please please, recruiters or employees in Raleigh area - help us out!! Does anyone know of any other openings? We've done the whole online job search thing through all different sites. Insiders, anyone?
