Am I eligible for an expungement?

Recently, I got charged with Driving After Consuming Alcohol and being less than 21 yrs old. Also for possessing alcohol and being less than 19 yrs old. I'm 18. My friend got charged with AID & ABET, that's because she let me drive her car since she was too messed and she was the designated driver... It wasn't my fault, I didn't have bad intentions.
