Chances for Engineering Graduate School?

Minnow's answer is good. My daughter did an internship in her undergrad school and got into a good mid level school for her masters. And a fully funded PhD for her PhD in civil engineering. The secret is being passionate about what you do and do lots of things in that field above and beyond what you are asked to do in school.
