If I know some one has a warrant , and don't turn them in can i get in trouble?

I live in Florida , my ex lives in Texas. Im supposed to let her talk to our daughter at least once a week. She has a warrant out for her arrest in Florida. She hasnt been picked up in Texas and i dont know if they will or not.Some one told me that if I don't turn her in to the authorities in Texas I can get in trouble for aiding and abetting a Fugitive. Is this true?
