My gilfriend and i have just split,we have a joint mortgage.she has left the house so im here.the problem is a?

my problem is all my money went into her account my wages and 6330 pound redundancyi have tried to get it back by phoning and textsting and shock horror i get a phone call of pc 4086 ralinson to tell me not to get in contact with her again.They have just aided and abetted my girlfriend .HARASSMENT they dont need any evidence and i caint see what she as said.I find that disgusting she can make up any lie the police wont check and i get a warning,barmy and to put matters worse she has just turned up whitch she was told not to and said it wasn't her idea.ist question where do i stand with all that and now everything has to go through solicitors. how can that work with all the bills etc.cheers tony
