New driving law in the state of Indiana: Driving sheet?!?!?!?

I'm getting my license soon, and I remember that my instructor from driver's ed gave us a sheet that we are supposed to log our hours on from driving. He gave this to us after the class was done and over with, and he said we needed to log around 50 hours of driving by the time we got our license. I took this class last summer, and I'm afraid that this will impair me from getting my license, because of the new law, and all. I can't find the sheet anywhere, I've even looked on the internet, and couldn't find one to download. So, do I have to have it when I get my license?? (this is in Indiana, btw. it's also refering to the new driving law that was put in place last june or july)
