Will my degree be wothless (Accreditation question)?

I am pursuing a bachelor's degree from a brick and mortar institution that also offers degrees through distance learning and online (which is what I'm doing). The University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS-COC), and has a tier VI rating (the highest for it's accreditation). HOWEVER, my major is in CMIS, and I just read on the website that although their School of Computational Science and Engineering is seeking the ABET accreditation, they have not received it yet. So my question is, even though the university is regionally accredited, would my degree be worthless since it came from an un-accredited program within the University?
